Good Enough

Checked into this room to find the space incredibly small yet clean. Also, incredibly there is the most staff friendly staff. My beef is the room is not only quite small with not much room for relaxing as there is no sofa and a very deep seat on the one chair. Decent breakfast fare; great small gym and pool area. I might stay here next time around the area.

Property promised "Resort like Amenities" "Hot Tub amd Pool." They didn not update closed for season on pool and hot tub on Expedia or on the Hotel web page. When questioned about it day manager got snippy when i compained and blew me off saying she had to see what her website said.

We got to our room in the middle of the night and the floor was dirty with dirt, little rocks and hair on the bathroom floor. The shower, sink, toilet, and bed looked cleaned. We had the hotel clean the floor the next morning. We were so tired and we were hoping to have a nice, clean room. My husband had to use a towel to sweep up the floor.

Stay was very good. Loved that we parked in a gated area. Room was clean, but bed was a bit harder then was comfortable. Loved that the TV was larger than in other hotels. Had a great stay.

Poor Experience

We had to change rooms 3 times. First room the toilet was broken, second room heater/air was squeeking very loud. Finally our 3rd room (our final) was placed next door to a room going through renovations with scrapping and hammering. Workers were blasting there music. Needless to say, no sleeping in. Light over the sink was a night light that could not be shut off. I need a dark room to sleep. Light on the mirror was a timed light. It kept shutting off while trying to do my makeup. My husband stood next to it waving his hand until I finished. Lights turned on by themselves in the bathroom, and shut off while taking a shower. There was no option to bypass any of this.
