I think for a place that seems very popular, for tourists especially, it needs to be renovated. The rooms are so outdated, the linens are old and gross. I found some bugs in my bed when I was there, nothing crazy just a beetle but a bug nonetheless. I also think it is absolutely ridiculous that you can’t watch streaming sites in the rooms. Especially if it’s such a family friendly hotel it’s expected that kids will be there. The customer service was great tho. We got assigned to a room that overlooked the pool and hated that so they let us switch which was so nice.

Noisy Hotel

We were put in a wheelchair accessible. The room had updated furniture in it and laminate flooring. The bed was comfy. My big concern was that at five in the morning one of the workers decided to make a lot of noise for for a long time in the hallway, then proceeded into the room next-door. This noise lasted from 5 AM until at least after 6 AM.

My family and I stayed at this hotel the last two nights because we couldn’t find a place in drumheller. Yes it was quite the drive to get to drumheller but it was so worth it. What a cute little town and a great hotel. Sure it wasn’t anything fancy but it was clean, the breakfast was fantastic and my kids had such a fun time in the pool and slide! The beds were comfy and you could tell this hotel is well managed. For the price it was amazing and if we ever find ourselves that way we would definitely stay again!

Over all our stay was good service was good and it was nice it was close to highway and price was good too. Things we didn’t like to see were a bit of black mold in the shower area as well as an unfinished Hole filling in the back of the bathroom door that looked to be from a fist going through it.
