The staff might just be the worst at any hotel I’ve ever visited. They clearly never heard of the expression the customer is always right. The way I was spoken too on two separate occasions was just completely unprofessional and shameful. I was blown away at the disrespect and absolute lack of care about someone staying at their hotel. Never once a thank you, good morning or even smile, and I stood there for more then a couple nights. Just horrible. Rooms are clean and comfortable just a little small but the staff was just mostly downright nasty.

When I saw that the ratings are 7 I couldn't understand why, when I arrived at the hotel I was surprised at how well maintained it is, how clean and modern the rooms and the amenities of the hotel, I didn't use the breakfast but everything else about the hotel I loved, I recommend it and would definitely go back.

Awful, rude service

Parking was terrible, crowded, and there was a large broken hotel sign in the way of our spot. We damaged our car on it. The staff was non-communicative and rude. They dud not answer the phone when I called twice about a screaming child and parent across the hall. I would never choose this hotel again.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. We had pre-paid for the room through Expedia. When we checked in they asked us for our credit card to hold "for any incidentals". They then charged us again, not once but twice, for amounts well exceeding our already prepaid Expedia rate. We are still wrestling to have those charges removed. The room is listed as standard King and is absolutely tiny, hardly enough space to get around the bed. The shower and vanity are tiny. Awful experience.

The lady at the desk was very professional and did her job well. The ladies serving breakfast were friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with this establishment. Clean, quiet and the staff gave me the impression they liked their job. These are important factors for me returning to a Hotel.
