What a beautiful, well-run property! The suite we stayed in was one of the nicest we have ever booked - huge, well-furnished and decorated, nicely laid out. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. If ever in St. John again, would definitely book there.

The staff in the kitchen area was so nice and helpful especially the older lady at the kitchen counter. The breakfast was great. The housekeeping staff always kept the room clean The lobby area was so cozy and comfy. My entire stay was extremely fabulous. There's nothing to complain of.

Very quick and efficient check-in. Big room with wonderful shower products and big bath towels. Could use a shower mat to reduce the the slipperiness.of the tub. The hotel is an easy 5 to 10 minute drive from the ferry. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the Caernarfon rm 318, and Anthony did a great job cleaning the room. I could smell the cleanliness in the shower. Check in was smooth, we were able to check on an hour early no problem at 2 pm on Friday 6/6. The staff (female) took the time to share location to a beautiful park and lily’s‘a restaurant nearby and also where to explore the downtown restaurants by the water - we ate a good dinner there. We only had a few hours in St John and she helped us make the most of it. She said we could walk tot these locations , but really driving is more appropriate. Parking at the hotel was good. Breakfast was quite average. Room was spacious too. Thank you!
