What I thought had beauty just turned ugly here. Steak tastes like a missing person and there was a damn bug in my bed chilling beside me. Didn’t know I was gonna be spending the night with jiminey cricket himself. Only reason it’s good is cause the game store and dispensary within walking distances. Do work on this instead of painting walls and drilling into floors.

It has great potential to be a fantastic hotel.. I understand they are in the middle of a major upgrade. I'm looking forward to checking out how it looks in a year or so. The neighborhood is a bit rough. Druggies tweaking in parking lot at night. Main door doesn't lock. No security. 1 older man and the front desk clerk there to monitor any of those tweakers not coming inside. The gym was rough. Equipment is broken, but left there.. which could be dangerous.

The property is in need of repairs, construction is currently underway but the pool area definitely needs work. I love that the pool water is warm makes the swim that much more enjoyable.

We didn’t even go into this hotel because the area of town it is located in is not good. Right downtown next to a cannabis store with homeless people wandering around nearby. Even though it was too late to cancel we found a different hotel.

Refund Request for stay not honored by my hotel.

I arrived at the Front Desk to check-in and was informed that my reservation was being cancelled as i was not welcome to stay at their hotel any longer. I was shocked snd embarrassed as i had no idea why this was the case. The Front Desk person said thst i had been swnt an wmakl and should've knowncand the reservstipn would not be honored. I was completely taken aback and turned to leave. I realized i had already paid and told the Rep that I had already paid and what could i now do to get my monyyey back if i was not being allowed to stay. The Rep seemed unsure as to how to respond. He thencm said tjat i should contsct expedia and they would be able to help me. I leftcthe property on embarrassment and shamecand proceede to contact hotels.com in hopes of requesting to speak on the phone with an agent to find resilution, but was unable to do so. Ai asked mecsome questions tk determinecl the best coirse of acfion, but then seemed to start over from the very begonning by asking the very same she had asked right at our initial introduction atcpoint of contact. I ended the call as thr AI rather then providing me with a person to ommunicste with. I do not like communicating through text, as i am very slow with typjng text and find it Increasingly difficult to see and type due to my difficulty with the small fontcsize and my increasing difficulty in keeping up to the pace of the questions and repeatedly typing the text over and over again due to my extremely poor typing ski

Staff member who checked us in was pleasant. Hotel is currently under renovation. It’s old, carpets are old, halls don’t smell great, bathroom floors weren’t clean, bed was ok. Worst thing - it is adjacent to a train track and I did NOT enjoy a train blowing its horn at 5:20 am outside my window!!

The hotel, although under much needed Reno’s was not clean. In a bad part of town, we were accosted several times by people outside hotel. Says there’s a security guard (no where to be found). Room smelled of dog urine. Not the room we booked. Promised military discount - not honoured.

This hotel is good for the price we paid. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The pool area could definition use some work, specifically the floors. All in all, it was a decent stay.
