We got in at 1am and wanted to shower before bed. The toiletries consisted of a single bar of soap to split between the shower and the bathroom sink. No shampoo or conditioner. That wouldn’t have been so bad if the complimentary breakfast hadn’t given us food poisoning to ruin the rest of our trip. Beds were okay. Card reader for the door was touchy. If I had to stay in safford area again it wouldn’t be here.

Best Western Safford was disappointing. It’s remote, few good dining options nearby and trash both in the parking lot and piled in the areas around the ice machine. I would not stay at this property again and happy to move on.

Thevproperty was great. However, I had to request shampoo, conditioner, etc. No in the room and they ran out of most of the breakfast items an hour before breakfast ended. And there was noone there or at the front desk to ask for more. And I only saw someone at the front desk twice the entire time I was there.

The room was updated including new towels and sheets. The hallways were warm, but the rooms were cold. The room could be a tad cleaner, but was decent. Quiet, considering it was occupied by a lot of the miners that work nearby as they all get up a lot earlier than I did. Was only there 1 night for a work trip so it was ok. I would stay here again if the price went down. Definitely wasn't worth $166 a night.
