I’ve checked in for less than an hour. Green stain of shampoo/conditioner in the sink are, indicating it’s not cleaned or examined after last guest check out. I asked for a quiet room, I was assigned the room the first room everyone sees on the second floor - everyone walks pass it. Kids noise are heard throughout before late night. I might check in late at 9:15 but I could be told there’s no quiet room available anymore. No bottle of water in a four star hotel. The pool is filled with children which is normal because it’s August. Hot pool is filled with people, but I guess other season it is big enough. Agree with other reviews that water can be warmer. Not enough parking on a day fully booked. Took 5 mins to find a parking spot. And this is $300 CAD per night, which really doesn’t justify given how much other $300 night rate hotels can offer in other small cities on East Coast and Quebec.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice facilities, a nice pool with a water slide for the kids and a hot tub. We dined at the restaurant in the hotel, the food was fantastic, the service however definitely lacked, our appetizer came before our drinks and the host was snobby. Overall this was a great hotel, had everything we needed, it was clean and had free parking. We would stay here again in the future.

Good proximity to the highway. Close to shops and restaurants. Free arcade for kids, pool is nice, hot tub could be warmer. Rooms are nice, comforable, showers could use some better pressure and mini fridge doesn't work great. Staff are helpful. Lots of parking.

This is a very busy hotel, far too busy for the limited parking and facilities. The pool was absolute mayhem, the elevators were crammed every time. Our room was stuffy and smelled of vomit and required many hours to air out. This was a once and done for us. Never again.

I dined in the restaurant attached to the hotel 2 years ago. The food & service was exceptional. In the past week, we dined there again. A totally different experience. We could eat our meals. Our server apologized & understand our complaint since she noted that others have also complained. I expect the Chef is new. The quality control is absent. We have decided to not reserve the hotel in the future & will not return to the restaurant. It’s such a shame to waste what could be a wonderful dining experience. Regards, Dale

Smelled like dirty water was used to mop the room. We booked because of the water slide but there is a 5 foot height and 125 pound weight restriction. The pool and hot tub were over run by little kids. I wouldn’t stay here again.
