Déception estivale pour un séjour familial

Malheureusement, le lieu n’était pas prĂȘt Ă  accueillir autant de client car, les deux premiĂšres journĂ©es de notre sĂ©jour de 4 jours, nous n’avons pas eu de chaises tant Ă  la plage qu’auprĂšs des spas et piscine. Que trop peu de chaises et parasols. Les gens sont bien gentils mais obtenir une consommation a pris plus de 40 minutes, il manque de personnels possiblement. Les serviettes qui traĂźnent entassĂ©es partout prĂšs des spa, plusieurs parents qui omettent de surveiller leurs enfants dans une piscine sans lifeguard
le menu n’est pas trĂšs variĂ©, aucun repas enfant au bistro prĂšs de la piscine et le menu enfant des restos est le mĂȘme depuis au moins 5 ans. À quand autre chose que des croquettes, pizza et malbouffe? RĂ©sultat y ĂȘtre 4 jours m’a coĂ»tĂ© les frais faramineux d’un tout inclus dans le sud. On avait confirmĂ© une salle de jeux pour enfants mais loin de ce qui avait Ă©tĂ© offert ces derniĂšres annĂ©es, aucune arcade et que quelques crayons et vieux jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©s incomplets. Ce fut dĂ©cevant pour une facture trĂšs Ă©levĂ©e. À mon sens l’Esterel perd de son charme et sa renommĂ©e.

Good place but need a refresh

Food is good but expensive for what it is. Interesting concepts for the restaurant Rock. Rooms are not sound proof like advertised.

The only negative surprise was that the room did not have a security safe for valuables. This left us to monitor these valuables when we went swimming and meant someone was designated to watch while others enjoyed the pool or lake. I cannot recall a stay elsewhere where a room safe was not provided

Short relaxing stay

I was with a friend for paddle boarding the lake is beautiful. Hotel was excellent and friendly and helpful staff. The only suggestion I would make is to have a place to store our paddle board without having to deflate them. We would have done a lot more but having to inflate them every day wasn’t fun. Otherwise everything else was great! Would come back again.

Nice hotel with large suites. Clean and calm. Staff is great. However, some downsides that should not happen when you pay this price: 1) Air conditioning in the room is so weak that even when you let it run at maximum capacity, temperature was 25.5 C in the afternoon with the window blinds completely closed! It would cool a little bit during the night, but still too hot to be comfortable. Not acceptable for this kind of hotel. 2) Not enough place to sit around the pool/hot tubs area.
