We stayed at this hotel twice – once on the way to Niagara Falls and once on the way back. Each time we had a different room, and the experience was not the same.
Room 116 felt poorly maintained: the walls and canopy were visibly dirty, and the blanket had stains on the underside. This made the stay uncomfortable. Room 105, on the other hand, was clean, fresh, and much more pleasant.
The hotel itself looks nice from the outside, offers parking, and provides useful amenities like a kettle, microwave, and small fridge (though in both rooms the fridge was full of ice). Hot water, shower, and bath worked well, and towels were provided.
For a budget hotel, it offers the basics, but consistency matters. Even at a lower price, guests should be able to rely on a clean and comfortable room. If all rooms were maintained like 105, the overall impression would be much better.
