The property is beginning to look run down. The outside door frame was rotting. The bathroom sink drain could not be opened and the bathroom fan seems to be not taking away any steam. We found the pillows to be lumpy also. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The people we dealt with were excellent. I gave a list of the things we found about the room to the girl at the desk when we checked out and a few minutes later my wife walked in to the lobby and the girl was explaining the problems to a maintenance guy. Maybe no one has told of any problems in that room in the past. You can't have it fixed if you are not aware of the problem. We will stay at this hotel again.

Great stay!!

We loved our stay. We were surprised to be given a room upgrade which was lovely and spacious. The front dest ladies were fun, friendly and most helpful. Due to a breakfast room issue we were given a gift certificate for a nearby breakfast cafe. It had great staff and a terrific menu. The hotel had had a recent face lift which made it all seem like new. Great place!! Hope to stay again.

Booked online in the spur of the moment. I wasnt expecting much for the priceI paid, but I was pleasantly surprised. The property was very clean and quiet. Staff were awesome. King Suite and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, butsome fruit/yogurt would be a nice touch.

Advertised as pet-friendly but really not so much. Despite request for ground floor (ignored) we were put on 3rd floor. No area for dogs. There were no considerations made for our request and it was inconvenient. Would have been nice to have these details at the time of booking.
