The hotel was clean and bright and the staff were very friendly and they were all available to help if we needed anything. The beds were comfortable and the family suite was fine for our family. The king room was sparse and could have used a full length mirror and more decor. Also could have used more chairs or a couch where a family could sit together. It was loud at times. Could hear people walking on the floor above us. The free breakfast was okay but not very fresh and not enough of food for everyone. It was often cleaned out early on.

July 2025 - we stayed here for 2 nights during our travels of the East Coast. We found the location convenient and easy to travel outside of town (to St. Martins). The staff was friendly, the room was as expected. The breakfast was good but limited for those with dietary restrictions (dairy free and gluten free).

We stopped on our way to eastern Canada. We wanted something that was fairly easy to access. This was excellent. We got a bedroom suite where my kids had the bed in the common area and we had the bedroom. After spending 5 days with teens it was nice to have our own space. Lots of amenities around (gas, groceries, shopping) Very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. Easy enough to get downtown Saint John if you don’t mind driving there. Would definitely stay there again.
