Staff were super friendly and helpful. The bunkbeds were too small for my kids and just had a flat sheet that barely fit but we made due as they had no other rooms available. I had to ask for towels and hand soap, toilet paper and tissues for the bathroom as there was nothing at all in there. I ended up asking for fitted sheets for the bunkbeds so the kids weren't sleeping directly on plastic mattresses. The remote for the TV didn't work and the microwave didn't work either. The hotel relatively clean and our stay was fine despite some hiccups with the room. We didn't end up using the pool as the kids were too tired after snowboarding all day at Tremblant.

Well!well!! One of the best experienced . I mean it was our first time to visit over that side and only at once you guys give us best treatment apart from that the staff really did a great job. We have everything we need in there . This will be our all time favourite.

This place is really very good location and close to highway. The rooms were very good, staffs excellent and all other amenities including pool and hot tub amazing. Best thing was very good breakfast. 24 hours coffee at the reception. 5 star from me to the staff.
