Terrible stay!

I booked a stay 4 days wed-sat .The room was in first floor . All rooms were non smoking…. The hallway smelled of smoked.and room had a smell, the bed was not comfortable. The hotel needed re vamp the 80’s look. Bed was king size with smallest pillows I have ever seen , think my head was bigger ??? The tv was a 27 in computer monitor…. Picture kept pixelated. I decided to leave on Thursday. It was not worth staying with the noise and uncomfortable bed. They charge me for the days in stead of just one day! Poor customer service. I would never stay there again nor recommend this this location.

The freeway wasnt that load I could definitely hear it but i feel like people exaggerated on how bad and how load it was, the pillows were soft but they were smooshed down but you jave to fluff them but my husband preferred smooshed in, thr beds were definitely a little hard but not the worst ive layed on, i did wake up with my back hurting a little bit but i moved and felt fine, i didnt have any of the breakfast but it did smell good and looked like any other hotel breakfast, the inside and outside were all cleaned the only thing i didnt like was that the curtains didnt shut all the way so yiu only had a whitw thin see through fabric covering the windowi would give it a 6.5/10

Good service. Clean lobby, halls and rooms. However, windows are thin and the bed is the hardest bed that I have ever slept on. Room was nice but barely slept between the hard bed and noise from interstate.

Great place to stay. My usual was full and I picked this one, and it was nice. Even nice then my usual. I will need to visit again. I did my laundry when here, and it was a clean laundry room. The hallways were kept clean and it was quite. The breakfast was amazing Great omelets and waffles. I'll need to make another reservation and go back again. Thanks for letting me stay for a weekend getaway.

This is a good place. I stayed here for 5 nights and the bill had a $50 misc charge which wasn't explained. I was going to leave that as a tip, but I figured the property beat me to it.

The location offers a lot of big store shopping minutes away and a lot of restaurants and fast food chains nearby. Hotel is across the street from freeway and was very loud. Traffic during the night made it hard to sleep. We visited this hotel in winter and was very cold in our room and could not get heat to come on . Hotel is old and outdated. Seemed clean but lamp shade warn out with holes and bed comforter with some stains. The coffee maker in room was missing parts and was unable to use. The walls are thin so a lot of noise. Hallway access smelled of pot. The staff service was fine.
