The hotel is a bit tired in that it is older. The room and bed was comfortable, the shower hot w good pressure. Breakfast buffet had much to choose from. Front desk clerk during the day was not helpful or kind whatsoever - in fact she was quite rude and dismissive which in a service based job is troubling. I would not stay again just to avoid that one individual - very poor choice of management to risk putting her as the first face one sees upon entering.

The room was alright, we found candy under the bed which was kinda gross BUT the hot tub was absolutely disgusting!! There was mold, black stuff, and hair in the hot tub. The entire pool room smelt like stinky feet and the water made you smell like stinky feet. However, the breakfast was nice though.

The room was horrible. The window was cracked and did not fully shut. I do not think the room has been updated in at least 25 years. Holes in the walls. Mold in the hot tub. Had to get our keys rekeyed several times. If we could of rebooked somewhere else we would of but everything was sold out.

I liked the price and the service. The breakfast was pretty good. The air conditioner worked well and the beds were fine comfort-wise. Everything was well stocked and nothing was broken. As far as the negatives, the carpets are old and sad looking. Parts of it were pulling away from the wall. The curtains had holes. There was mold and water damage on the shower ceiling. The window frame had gaps, probably from the older building settling, so it wasn't remotely soundproof. It sounded like the windows were wide open and the freeway was super loud outside. It also looked like the top bed covers hadn't been washed. Although they might have just been stained.

Site was cost effective although they should have a better posting for not allowing food to be taken to the room. My son as PTSD and had I known it was going to be an issue I would of gone to a drive through and brought it back

Great staff! Very clean, with good breakfast. Very safe and walkable area. Beds a bit hard, and rooms show a bit of wear. Bathroom however was recently redone and was in excellent condition. The owners and staff should be proud of the quality service and attention to cleanliness. Would stay again.

Good stay

The front desk staff was fantastic—friendly and helpful! The room was clean, although the carpet was noticeably worn. After a long 4+ hour drive, I was really looking forward to using the hot tub for my bad back, but unfortunately, it was under repair and unavailable. While they did offer a refund, with my three collapsed discs, repacking and moving to another hotel just wasn’t an option.

Room smelled funny walking into it. No fan in bathroom, the ceiling fan grate on the ceiling was all rusted, the room looked like it needed upgrades. Outlets on lamp didn’t work. I needed to plug in a CPAP machine & had to look for a working outlet, found one on a wall that was partially sunk into the wall. The noise from the highway kept us awake all night. Had to call front desk about WiFi password. No TV guide available. It would have been nice to have these items in room on a card or a paper of some kind.

It was tolerable but I wouldn't stay there again. The room was fairly clean but not great. We chose this hotel because it had a pool and the pool and hot tub were growing algae and had residue floating on top and one of the metal stairs was broken and scratched the heck out of my daughter's back when she swam around it.

We experienced a terrible situation. Someone called our room after midnight and woke us up, saying stupid things. We complained to the front desk and they said there was a group in the hotel and they probably dialed our room by mistake. 4.30am we were woken Again to Police banging on our door??? Apparently we were fighting and I was beating my wife??? We were shocked as we were asleep? We told the Police that we were sleeping and they wanted to see my wife to see if she had been beaten up? The guy next door came out of his room but nothing was said to him. Police officers left and we tried to get back to sleep, but after that it was very hard to sleep as we didn’t know what was going on? In the morning we found a note through our adjoining door (obviously the man next door was doing the complaining to the Police) and the note told us to Stop following him around the hotel? Obviously there was something wrong with him as we didn’t know who he was? (We are seniors from Canada who enjoy travelling and have never had a situation like this before?). We went back to the front desk in the morning and asked for them to call the Police back as he was still there. The hotel staff said they knew he was mentally unstable but would not call the Police back? We were very unnerved with this situation. We didn’t get much sleep and asked for some compensation. Apparently the manager was not there, so staff just apologized. We feel we should have been compensated.
