Book Saltsjobaden hotels

Within a 10-kilometre radius of the middle of Saltsjobaden, there's a number of hotels to select from.

Saltsjobaden can't lay claim to being the hotel capital of the world. It is, however, home to the Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden, which you'll find 3-kilometre from the city centre.

The Luxury Apartments is located 15 kilometres from the centre of Saltsjobaden. Alternatively, the Grand Hôtel Stockholm can be found 14 kilometres away. Two more hotel and apartment options in this area include the Hotel Skeppsholmen and the Hotel Sven Vintappare.

After you've enjoyed Saltsjobaden, you could set out to soak up more of the Central Sweden area. Enjoy Central Sweden's forests and lakes. If the great outdoors are not your bag, spend time at a few of the region's old towns and palaces. In this part of Sweden, visitors can also partake in skiing, cross-country skiing and ice skating.

Everyone knows we Aussies know how to relax, so consider extending your stay and check out the Lidingo Golf Club and Ekholmsnas Golf Club, which you'll find in Lidingo, 12 kilometres to the northwest of Saltsjobaden. Should you wish to stay in Lidingo, check out the Ariston Hotell and Villa Brevik. Alternatively, you could stay in Sollentuna, 30 kilometres to the northwest of Saltsjobaden, where you'll find the Scandic Victoria Tower and Scandic Star Sollentuna. Should you choose to stay in Sollentuna, set aside a little time to visit the Sollentuna Centrum and Stinsen Shopping Mall.

If you are into sports and want to see games, you could head to Friends Arena, which is 20 kilometres to the northwest of Saltsjobaden. The Scandic Victoria Tower and the Clarion Hotel Amaranten are near all the action.

Bromma Airport is the nearest preferred airport for flying into and leaving Saltsjobaden and is 20 kilometres drive from the centre of town. If you plan to stay nearby, try the Scandic Alvik or the Brommavik Hotel.
