1) I thought I was allergic to something. Unfortunately, I was not. I think the room I had bed bugs - itching and skin bumps like bugs bites. 2) I had mentioned the safety box/lock wont lock and it's broken. 3) Wi-fi: Most of the time, it was not connected. I think my room was very spoty or dead zone.
