I already reported on this. And was hoping to hear back from Expedia and Best Western regarding a full or partial credit. I cancelled the day I checked-in after seeing thw condition of the room. The room had a foul almost urine scent odor. The mattress had zero support like you were laying on springs and the floor by door was so greasy you could slide and see it. I reported to front desk Rocky(?) who inspected it with me and advised he would report to property manager. And I canceled the stay on the spot. He also advised to reach out to Expedia and that providing Expedia honor the cancellation, he saw no problem management would do the same. The gentlemen was very receptive after seeing firsthand the condition. I hope this matter will be looked into. And someone reaches out to me.

The room was clean but had a noticeable moldy smell, likely because the AC wasn’t on when I arrived and the air felt stagnant. Once it cooled down, it was fine. The hotel itself is quiet and simple—no frills, but perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep and shower.
