Have to be strong to open the room door

Room door too hard to open. Very heavy. Pool out of order but they let us swim in the cold water. It was dirty. Pillows too hard.

We stay here a couple times a year, pool is always clean so is the room and plenty of options for breakfast. The staff at breakfast super kind. Front desk guy is pleasant.
