Overall, it was a very good property. When I checked in at 10:30 PM and went to my room, I found that the AC unit did not work. That’s an unfortunate time to find out that the AC unit doesn’t work in your room. There was only one person on duty, so no one could bring me up a replacement key for the new room that they quickly assign me to. I had to go back downstairs to retrieve the key before going to my new room. Seems a little inconvenient to me for something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place
