The location was wonderful. Loved the valet parking. I disliked the room as it had a musky smell about it and needs renovation. Also check is was to be at 1600 but the room was not ready until around 1645.

The original room the cooler wasn’t working on. They upgraded is to an amazing room on the 14 floor. Room 1440! I highly recommend this room. Irene was a doll. She’s a great employee! We will return!

I liked the feeling of the decor in the lobby.. until you get to the elevators. The greasy brass plates for the buttons.. yikes! 601 was okay for a balcony room. A/C was not strong, and there was leak evidence in the faux ceiling. Light switch plates and door handle areas had evidence of not being cleaned properly for a while. Everything kinda felt dated, but still alright. I would not choose this hotel again, though.

I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and part of the bridge. It was nice to sit down and enjoy nature. The rooms were spacious and smelled nice. The bathroom was very clean. It is right on the Riverwalk and in perfect walking distance of everything downtown. I recommend it for anyone's first time or continued visits to San Antonio.

Multiple ice machines didn’t work on different floors, when we asked about it they told me to just keep trying different floors. Shower is a rain shower with a wand, when using the wand the cover blew off and it was like a pressure washer and the cap never stayed on the wand again. Our room looked over the pool and it was too close and the string lights at night were too bright all night. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the room was spacious.

The overall property is nice. Great area that's close to a lot of tourist spots ie. Riverwalk. The room was clean, but housekeeping didn't seem to clean the bathroom floor as there were remnants in the exact spot 3 days later. I did appreciate one housekeeper offered to leave us extra bottles of water, claps for her! Lighting in the bathroom could be better. Plenty of outlets and ports to charge devices, which is always noteworthy. Not sure if I'll stay here again though.
