Loved our stay! We had one of the best rooms that offered full kitchen a a whole room plus the king bed, private bath, plenty storage areas. Spanish looking caste hotel that has a charm of old spanish tiles, decor, archetecture.

We let them know we would be arriving early and was thanked for letting them know. However once we arrived after flying all night they made us wait until the exact check in time with no urgency to get us our room faster. Room wasn’t even clean when we got in towels had make up and other stains, the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. The site shows a bar by the pool which we were told had been closed since 2020. There were rats in their trash which is on the site near walkways to multiple rooms. DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here.

The front desk staff rude snappy and room wasnt ready actually had garbage n was a mess wasnt serviced was moved to another room a.c did not work or fan tub was filthy door handles falling off it was a nightmare no fridge or microwave as advertisement they took mini wine fridge n put in room.... the bar doesnt exist ran down not open at all -0 rating should be demolished very outdated sad experience

The property was so adorable, cozy and comfy! Loved the intimate pool setting, the plants everywhere, the tiles used throughout for room numbers/lobby sign. The staff was so nice anjd delightful and even helped when our stubborn teens were exhausted and lame and just wanted a quick pizza. Our bathroom door didn’t latch-but that wasn’t a big deal to us. The beach is like a 2 min walk, got to see leatherbacks hatch-AMAZING! Parking is a little tough-but doable. LOADS of stuff to walk to and shop/eat/be entertained. Fantastic stay-thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

It is nice boutique hotel, they tried to accommodate your needs. Ariel was too nice to help me out at the moment we arrived. One block to the beach, closed to everything, coffee places, restaurants and local stores.
