Beautiful hotel, great service

The room was cute! April she is the best hostess. She would listen to my no nonsense. Lovely staffs. The breakfast was wonderful and varieties.

Wow! This B&B is located in the middle of everything! Shopping, restaurants, activities are literally just 5 steps away! We were greeted by Cosmin, concierge/bar tender. Checked us in and offered complimentary drinks of our choice. We appreciated that! We chatted with Cosmin a little bit. He’s very knowledgeable of the area, culture, food, and very polite. We felt very comfortable :) The only time we saw Cosmin or any of the staff was during our check in. But, that’s expected at any B&B, unless you need something else. We didn't, so we are good! Our room is large. There’s a small veranda where guests who smoke can use/go to smoke. No elevator, but that’s expected given that this property is very old and has a lot of history. We loved the old vibe! There’s a lot more to see and do! We wished we could stayed longer! I would definitely recommend staying at Palazzo San Luca in Venice!

All the staff were very kind and accommodating, and the room was perfectly cleaned and organized. I received the necessary supplies, and they always maintained the cleanliness, so I am grateful for the comfortable, safe, and hygienic service during my stay.
