Great fall view; however, check in take over ten minutes to wait, the parking is not clear, can’t u guys use map or QR code with google map link? This made all checking cars all stock in front enter. I was disappointed to find that internet access was $15 per day and parking $65 per day—both felt quite expensive, especially since internet service is basic. Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk staff asked me to insert my card but walked away before the process was completed, which led to a duplicate charge attempt. As a result, my card was blocked, and I had to pay with a different one, which caused unnecessary hassle and required me to call my bank. On a positive note, the room was very nice and the room itself was clean. However, due to the overall experience and added costs, I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again.
