Our couch had a visible broken arm rest that was not usable for sitting. The rooms have paper thin walls that there was no difficulty in hearing the room next to us conversation clear as day. It’s unfortunate placement of 3 rooms directly next to the pool, front desk/lobby/breakfast area, and elevator made for difficulties in getting an uninterrupted night of sleep. And the icing on the cake, instead of politely asking guests to quiet down at 1:15 am, someone decided to yell down the entire hallway “hey quiet” which may have well awake the dead.
