Hidden Beach Hideaway is a true one bedroom/one bath (NOT an efficiency like many others!) beach condo in Seagrove Beach. The main beach access is a 100-yard stroll from the front door. You are just 200 yards to twinkling your toes in the sugar white sand of Seagrove Beach. This condo is one mile to Seaside, (a 5-minute ride on the pair of complimentary adult beach bikes).

The beach access is across from the end of the parking lot and traverses a natural arbor of scrub oak which opens to a breathtaking vista of beach and ocean (see the included video and the ariel views). This is the reason you came to 30A -- the sugar white sand and the blue-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. You cannot get closer to the gulf at this price. There are beachfront homes along 30A that have less convenient access to the water.

Sleeping arrangements include a regular queen size bed in the separate bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa with an 8-inch thick extra comfy mattress in the living area. We can accommodate up to 4, with a recommended maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The separate bedroom -- one of the only ones in the complex -- has a comfortable queen size bed, sconce lights, built-in cabinets, and a flat-screen LCD TV. Get a good night's sleep or take a mid-day nap on the comfortable bedding with goose down comforter, pillows, and the high thread-count cotton sheets.

The fully stocked kitchen has IKEA maple cabinets, Silestone counters, and full-size stainless steel appliances. It's easy to grab a snack between beach visits or to indulge your hidden chef tendencies and whip up your own beach-inspired cuisine.

The living area includes a large flat-screen LCD TV with cable, and free internet with WiFi. Watch your favorite movie, catch up on your web browsing, or tackle your beach reading list.

The dining nook includes seating for four. The renovated bathroom sports a Corian counter/sink, a standard size tub and shower, and extra plush cotton bath towels.

Step out the back door to dip into the sparkling pool in the middle of the nicely landscaped courtyard, barbeque on the outdoor charcoal grills, and relax at the pool and lanai.

When you get the urge to explore, hop on the complimentary bicycles and ride the 30A multi-use path. The shops and restaurants of Seaside and the bike paths of Watercolor are just a mile and a half to the West. The quaint shops and houses of Grayton Beach are another mile from there. Rosemary Beach is 6 miles in the opposite direction. Park your car and beach like a local.
