The view was amazing, staff at the restaurant for buffet included was great! But, cleaning and bathroom supplies was terrible?!? The lady did not speak English or clean

Awesome place to stay!

Overall, it was a good experience, but it would’ve been perfect if I hadn’t spent both nights tossing and turning because of how uncomfortable the beds were and how terrible the pillows were.

First, the hot tub was NOT functional during my entire stay. No Sign Posted, either. Second, we had to call the front desk THREE times just to get towels. Third, one of the fire pits was not functional. Many guests, including my family, were unable to enjoy sitting by it. Fourth, there was a COCKROACH in our bathroom! How DISGUSTING! I have pictures and a video of the cockroach for proof. In short, I will NEVER stay at your hotel again. I was really exciting after looking at the hotel online. However, it was a VERY disappointing experience. I complained to the front desk about these complaints. We were just given one free breakfast voucher for our troubles. WOW! I was at least expecting some type of rebate on our total hotel stay.
