Staff was very friendly and great. We called we made the reservations and we were told the pool was heated year around. When we got there the pool was not warm. I was told that when it is cold outside that the pool is not heated. We will not be returning.

We were a group of ten with three rooms. Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in two of the rooms, which was very disappointing. The coffee machine power outlets were not working, and the overall cleaning service was just fair. The hotel needs improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.

After a long drive I was happy to get to a hotel for my family to relax but after checking in, the front desk service was horrible. She did not greet us when we came in and was not friendly. Didn’t even tell me which way to go for my room when she was done checking us in. Didn’t inform me of any hotel amenities or what time breakfast was, just no information. When we got to the room I noticed my tub was peeling and delaminating which made it difficult for me to bath my littles since they mostly sit in the tub due to age. I didn’t want them to sit on those peeling parts. I tried to ring down to room service for an extra towel and the phone line wouldn’t work i kept getting a busy tone multiple times. Lastly there was no “do not disturb” sign for my door so room service wouldn’t come knocking at 8am. I will not be staying here again.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Beach access was great and was not crowded. The shower is small and the hot water takes time to heat up, but no issues with the room or hotel.
