First time in Pensacola so was surprised by the $16 per night parking fee which seems like a spring / summer problem. We stayed on the third floor which had a bad smell throughout. Appears many dogs staying or have stayed at this location and it was obvious that a dog had been sleeping on one of our beds. New rugs needed for sure but also not aware if there was previous storm damage. In talking with the staff, we were under the impression they tried very hard to correct our concerns. Breakfast presentation and quality was outstanding. In retrospect, if we would have known it was a "doggie" hotel, we probably would have picked another but the per night was fair. Thank You... Staff was not friendly. The property and rooms need to be updated and maintained better. We ended up leaving a day early because of the experience. We'll never stay there again. Spend a little more and stay at the Holiday Inn or Hilton.

We arrived to check in after checking in on a family member in the NICU. I booked and paid for 2 rooms. They made me check into each room separately and the lady at the front desk had an attitude as we were doing so. Told her the name it was under twice and she kept looking it up under another name.......all we needed was a place to lay our heads for the night instead of an almost 30 minute check in proccess. The digital process did not work at all either! Other than that was a good stay

I ABSOLUTELY loved my stayed here! Its right on the beach and you can walk to the pier if you want. Its alos close to great restaurants. The hotel is clean and the breakfast they serve is great! The only thing I didn't like was when I was taking a shower it would fill up, not fast but still. They need to clean the out the drains, but besides that it was AMAZING!
