Everyone that worked there was really nice. The room was ok. You could defiantly tell that it had been through somethings...Couldn't get the closet door open and just dings and scratches everywhere. The worst part was the bed...itself. It was so uncomfortable. No one came and cleaned our room in-between days. We were also charged an extra $100.00 if we trashed the room. I was told that we would get the $100 back in 48 after cleaning the room. That charge is not on the hotel's website, and we checked out 03/13/25. We have not received our money back yet.

Needs a lot of improvement

The room has musky unpleasant odor, the carpets look really old and dirty. The sides of the bathroom are not very clean. The swimming pool got a napkin floating. There are better hotels with the same price.

Red Velvet Waffles!!!

This hotel was amazing for Mardi Gras! It’s right on the strip and super close to pretty much everything! Plus it was quite, clean, and beautiful! Plus the breakfast was so good!! They offer vanilla and read velvet waffle mix! I want to stay here again just to get the breakfast!
