Convenient beach front. For what i paid, the room was mediocre. They put me in a mold infested room. The ceiling was blackened with mold. They didn't move me until mid week, and i have zero maid services the whole week other than the move to a new room. Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in in my life. They claim mold can form in 2hrs. Yeah right! Maybe two weeks, but 2hrs? No way. Something is amissed with staffs and cleaning people who never noticed a blackened ceiling and still put me in it. Awful!

Clean, comfortable, amazing location

Super great stay. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. We had a wonderful time. The only bad thing was the fire alarm at 3am but that was beyond their control.

Bed was very uncomfortable felt like springs coming out of the mattress. Some kid's roaming the hall at 3:30am pulled the fire alarm and was outside till about 4:15. Don't think I'll be staying there anymore.

Hotel was ok. We needed a pet friendly option so it met our needs but it felt a little low end in lobby area with the shopping isle being what you walk into. The rooms were ok. Dated, balcony chair were not comfortable and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok. Beach was beautiful. The location and shared pool experience with other hotels were the win.

In general, I really like this place, great location and on the beach. However the place is starting to show its age, could use a little refurbishing. I am not a pet person but if pets are allowed, they should be confined to one area of rooms. A barking dog woke me up before 6:00am. Not what I want to hear early AM.

Our room was over all not clean at all. Bathroom have water melon seeds on the side we ask front desk to get our room cleaned but no one came to clean our room then i set up a wakeup call for 8:00 Am no one called me at all front desk was not very friendly the only nice customer service we recived was at the L Break fast buffet other then that usually not one will be seen most of the time at the front desk at all

When we arrived, it was like someone had just checked out. There were clothes on the floor outside our room for our whole stay from the previous customers. The TV was on and the remote was missing. Maintence had to come to our room twice, once for the remote and another to check the AC unit for a complaint about a leak. We like our personal space, so that wasn't great for us. I never understand why if there are 5 people checking in a room they only leave 3 towels. The room had 2 Queen beds with 1 couch and couple chairs. We thought the couch was a pull out couch, so our teenager could sleep on it but it was not. It was more like a chaise lounge. The duvet cover was the most uncomfortable thing ever. Other than that, all the staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel was next to the beach and our room had the best view, and lots of businesses and restaurants were in walking distance. The continental breakfast was really great and the kids all enjoyed it .

I kind of regret booking this hotel. I stayed at Fairfield last time we were in pensecola. So comparing it I should have stayed there again. Might be a 100 bucks more expensive to get the gulf view. The hotel is okay. We got the room with balcony gulf view. Booked it for five 3 adults 2 kids. Got in the room 2 queen beds there’s a sofa but was not a pull up bed. Called the front desk for a roll away bed but the response was” if it’s available.”So if it wasn’t then one will be sleeping on the floor. The pool is small, but you can use the other hotels pool since they are sister company but you have to bring your own towel and must have a wrist band. (But summer is a busy month they ran out so the kids didn’t have one) and walk a little bit far.There is free breakfast. Food was ok not great. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. When we arrive the room was clean but they missed refilling the shampoo conditioner and body wash. Booked for 5 but there was only 3 towels in room. They’ll send you a text to text them if you need anything but will respond the next day. The only thing I like here is the location very close walk to the beach and pier. We had an Okay stay.

It was good except….black mold in the shower of Room 102. Also the pools are too small to accommodate the guest. Oh and the person smoking weed at the pool with kids there not cool.
