All the staff are friendly and the white sand is right in front of the hotel, which is a great place to go. And there are 2 grasses indoors, which makes it the best place for a family trip. It's such a beautiful hotel.

Breakfast area continued to be kept up and cleaned. Only small issue was the second day when housekeeping replaced towels only gave us one hand towel for to use between three people. Otherwise everything was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach. Walking distance to shops food and beach. We travel with 2 dogs so we were happy this hotel is gracious enough to accommodate families with pets. However the more we travel the more we become disappointed in pet owners who refuse to obey rules. Refusal to clean up after their pet. Dogs off leash in halls. Pets in pool area and on the beach. This hotel supplies pet waste disposal bags and a place to dispose right before you re enter hotel. You know who you are people. Let’s be responsible pet owners and respectful of others.

I booked it here first time because of the good reviews. The hotel is at the nice location right on the beach. It's also pet friendly hotels but the beach outside of the hotel is not which is fine we can take our dogs to the near by dog beaches. However when i booked on the third party website it only said two dogs are allowed. But when we checked in the hotel policy is two dogs and up to seventy five pounds only. The gentleman when we checked in was very nice didn't say anything to us about our two dogs but the next day when we came back from parking lot and got into the elevator. There was another female manager that day and the minute she saw us she said loudly to us hey these two with the dogs can you come over here. What is your room number? She said so loud that everyone else around also heard us and looked at us. Then she asked if we knew about the hotel policy and went on about she will charge us for the "extra third dog" since we already checked in.
