Nice central hotel, very friendly, knowledgable staff. Fair sized, clean, comfortable room, great breakfast buffet. Close to the Sapporo TV Tower--if you're coming for the Winter Festival, Odori Park is only one minute away. Ask the front desk for dining recommendations--they know the area very well and always came up with great places. Next door is a wonderful, authentic Italian pizzeria with a very nice wine list. No problem staying here again when I visit Sapporo. Thank you to the staff on the desk! You created a wonderful experience. . . どうもありがとうございます。

This hotel is a winner. We absolutely loved having a washer dryer in our room. No waiting in line for an available machine in a normal hotel laundry facility. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Very pleased with our stay. Even extended it one additional night!

Very clean, helpful staff. Convienient location, walkable to every amenity, only downside is rooms are too small. We ordered a deluxe twin room, it has a washer machine and a very small induction unit for heating up soups

This was a nice stay, within easy walking distance to Odori Park, lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and our room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! Hotel receptionists and staffs were extremely helpful and always greet guests with smiles. For smokers, there is a smoking room at Level 1 right behind the receptionist area. As for amenities and coffee/they all can be located near the lift lobby. As for house keeping, they will only provide change of dustbins and replacement of towels during your stay. The washing/dryer is definitely a plus for long term stay. For those interested in booking this hotel, would suggest you to make sure the sizing of the rooms fit your needs! Location is definitely a thumbs up due to all the popular spots nearby including Odori station

Amazing breakfast, comfy bed, nice washed/dryer unit, clean bathroom but the garbage was not collected during our 2 nights stay and we weren’t able to open the window..so not good ventilation.

Great location. Hotel was clean and quiet. All in one washer and dryer was really nice. Takes about 4 hours to complete. If you need to dry longer, it will take about 15-20 min to unlock the door to get your clothes out. Coffee in the lobby. Steps away to subway entrance. Close to underground shopping and outside covered shopping. 1 block from clock tower and little fish market. Nikka sign was also near by.
