Great location and staff!

Centralized location, clean hotel and great staff made our stay enjoyable. We really love having a washer and dryer in our room! Will stay at this location again if ever in Sapporo in the future.

Over all, not good enough

We had to change the room because of the funny smell, then when I put something on the base of the bedside shelf, it was covered with very thick dust. It was very difficult to adjust the AC to make it comfortable, we ended up not getting enough sleep for the entire stay. The location is good and the staff are friendly though.

Excellent new hotel at Sapporo (not Sapporo-Odori), location was great. Just 2 blocks from the shopping district. Close to subway, and airport bus. Staffs were friendly. Best thing is having a washer dryer in the room to do laundry and itโ€™s free! Highly recommended!

Convenient location downtown Sapporo

Yummy breakfast, nice sitting area in room. My room did not have coffee cups or a sink. Super convenient location. Note that there are multiple Tokyu Stays in Sapporo downtown, donโ€™t go to the wrong one first like I did!

Nice central hotel, very friendly, knowledgable staff. Fair sized, clean, comfortable room, great breakfast buffet. Close to the Sapporo TV Tower--if you're coming for the Winter Festival, Odori Park is only one minute away. Ask the front desk for dining recommendations--they know the area very well and always came up with great places. Next door is a wonderful, authentic Italian pizzeria with a very nice wine list.
