Clean rooms, the attendant at the front desk was very kind and professional The service for breakfast was excellent Jaqueline and Carol was very very kind, I came a little bit late for breakfast time on Sunday because I’m diabetic I need some carbs at that time and i ask Carol yes for a slice of bread and went extra mile given me a cream cheese, On Monday Jaquelin and carol remembered me they was very kind with my wife and daughter, this is my second time at this property I will come, and recommend to my family & friends keep doing a excellent service congrats guys

This is not your normal BW property. It’s new, well managed and maintained, and the staff is outstanding. A big shout-out to a Tim at the front desk who took ownership of our stay and made sure everything was first rate. Our room was cleaned every day and was spotless. The location is very good - Close to the UTC Mall and only 15-20 mins to Downtown Sarasota straight down Fruitville Road. A great find!
