Service was slow in the bar . Overall quality of restaurant was just ok. Not nearly as snazzy as the photos made it seem on hotels.com The free breakfast was crowded and the design of the restaurant was just big and not very attractive.

The rooms are very nice with great Sarasota bay views. The evening cocktail hour is awesome! We ate dinner in the restaurant every night and had fabulous food! The staff is friendly; remembers us from previous visits! It’s my favorite hotel in Sarasota!

We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites in Sarasota. The location was convenient and lovely, we enjoyed walking to the water and local restaurants. The pool area with the restaurant was also really nice and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated!
