We had booked a one bedroom suite, and when they checked us in the guy gave me a lesser room because my room was not ready at 4:45 PM. Then in the room, the heating was broken and buzzed the whole night. The noise was so loud we had to turn it off and froze as a result. Once we turned it off, the mini fridge was the next noise maker also buzzing all night long. The next morning I went to breakfast and the omelette station was not running. They said it would be delayed by an hour. So missed that too. This used to be a really nice place to stay. But the staff there seemed like a bunch of incompetent people. And the maintenance on the utilities is not getting done. Old noisy appliances and poor service ruined our experience.

Nice pool, gym, included breakfast. Great location. Housekeeping not so great. After being out from 11 AM to 3:50 PM...room not cleaned. Had to fight to get it cleaned as they said housekeepers had departed.Then head housekeeper tried to lie saying we had "sleeping in" card on door. Parking very expensive at $40 a day plus tax.

Front desk staff and most of the dining room staff were amazing! I had an argument with the Housekeeping manager when I called to ask for extra towels as we were four staying in the room and only had towels for three guests. In addition, the room lacked comfort, poor lighting, poor condition sofa sinking in the middle and oil dripping from the room door. To close, housekeeping did not service our room on the third day, leaving us with wet towels to use and having to find a place to take out our trash! A refund for one night would have been acceptable for this poor experience.
