This property is conveniently located in downtown Sarasota. However, they have decided that they are a destination location & charge $40 for parking & 25 for destination fee per night. Service @ bar & restaurant were terrible. I normally like staying @ Embassy Suites but will not be staying at this location in Sarasota.
