Having a room with an entrance to the water park was awesome! We spent 2 days, had a few meals at Shelly’s with the friendly robot Robbie lending a hand to the wonderful human staff! The family had a wonderful time and will most likely be back again!

Great hotel for families. We really enjoyed the pool and arcade areas. The patio space overlooking the pool area is very “retro” and kitschy, but looks really pretty with the lamp light in the evening. The hotel lobby and hallways look to be more updated. The room was very adequate and clean, with enough linens and towels for our family. You can tell this is an older hotel because the room did have remnants of smoke/stale air. It wasn’t always noticeable, but every once in a while I caught a whiff. Probably not an all the time thing, but when we were leaving the pool area, someone was having a cigarette off their balcony (which are all indoors, facing the pool). That was a little off-putting, but I suppose hard to manage?

Beautiful hotel!

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and we travel a lot! This place is huge! Kids loved the pool and arcade! The adults loved the hot tub! Our room was bigger than most 1 bedroom apartments I’ve ever been it. It had a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a pullout couch in the living room, a huge bedroom and a deck seating area with pool view! The hotel was clean and the staff was great!

The hotel rooms need some updates that probably should have been done a decade ago. The bathroom are old and the carpet is ancient. I haven’t stayed at a hotel with carpet in years. The beds are super comfortable and clean. The pool was fun. Hotel staff throughout are super nice. I appreciated that so much because kids are already a lot so it’s nice when the staff are helpful, friendly and easy going. Would go again but hope to see some improvements in the rooms. I also really enjoyed my room location. Thank you to the woman who checked me in!

Very rude check in with young toddlers. Kano shade fell on my 3 year olds head. My other three year old found a screw and was in his mouth. Too close to main doors, was given a handi cap room. Nothing but terrible service at front desk and an unsafe room near exit doors with a no fob entry so strangers can roam in. Worst hotel ever. Came for the pool but could’ve had a choking toddler. As an Officer, this hotel is one walking liability. Will never do another best western again.

Property is large. We were at the back corner. No help to get to our room. After 20 mins walking around looking for my room another woman who was already staying there helped my sons and i to find our way.
