Family friendly and we LOVED the pool. From morning till evening my daughter never got tired of being in the pool. Our room was clean upon arrival and the staff were friendly too. The only thing for me was our bed - a bit too firm and hurt my back a little bit BUT that’s really just me being a bit picky with beds. It was an amazing stay. We highly recommend and would go back again!

Hotel was lovely and our room had been updated, but they should have updated the carpet too. It was old, brown and wrinkled in places. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the pool and hot tub area.

The room felt extremely dated and in need of a refresh. One of the bathroom lights was out, making the bathtub area quite dark—especially with the door open, which we needed to do while managing a little one. The grout around the tub and bathroom floor looked dirty and unappealing, which didn’t give a great first impression. The carpet also needed more thorough cleaning. With the lights on, it was easy to see leftover items from previous guests, like hair ties, which made the room feel less clean than it should be. That said, the pool was a nice feature and a bright spot during our stay. It was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated having that space to relax. With some basic maintenance and improved cleaning in the rooms, this could be a much better experience overall.
