Rating could be improved if you stop locking key cards before 11am checkout time. We started loading our bags in the car around 8am+-, key card wouldn’t work when returning to room and had to contact front desk to get back in. Told keys were not locked until 11am but not true as we saw another family coming from breakfast area and unable to use their card. We paid for stay until 11 am checkout so we shouldn’t have to contact the front desk just to enter our room.
