The staff at the front desk was amazing! They were so kind and accommodating! And Zippie at the bar was SO wonderful! (She can make some AWESOME drinks) Such great service from everyone! We stayed for our anniversary trip and had a blast. Will be coming back!

The room was adequate w/kitchenette but tight quarters. Bathroom small and hallways needed to be brighter or updated. Elevator seemed dated. Limited breakfast choices but okay. The neighborhood was okay. We overlooked a parking garage which had lights on all night so room was lit up, hard to sleep and racing cars during the night but it is the city. Probably not stay there again.

There was a kind of weird pool funk smell when I first arrived. The kitchen utensils and cookware could use some maintenance/repair/replacement. That would be my only critique. I understand people do mistreat hotel property but some of us would enjoy the use of our room amenities. Other than that front desk staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. I needed a later check-out after a long drive in and they were accommodating, especially considering the time of year. It will definitely be at the top of my list for my next visit.

The staff were wonderful! Very helpful, friendly and went out of their way (graciously) for guests. The kitchenettes in the rooms were well stocked with a coffee maker, dishes and utensils, pots and even a dishwasher.
