Drinks at the pool took a very long time to receive, they seemed to be very under staff. The pool waiter seemed to be having a bad day and was rude. Also ran out of hot water trying to take a bath, it ran our before it was half full.

We love how close it is to Camelback and Phoenix. It’s a lovely area, quiet and scenic. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to be helpful. And overall we love the resort, but the growth it has undergone over the last 10-15 years has stolen the intimacy it once held.
