I would expect from a hotel like this that it had better daily cleaning (example: didn't remove used coffee cups from one day to another). They also charged me for the breakfast on the final day, even though I had paid extra for a breakfast voucher.

The room/hotel was clean and in a great location! The shuttle service was very helpful for drop-offs in a 2 mile vicinity. The staff was warm and welcoming every single time we entered the hotel and made me happy to stay there. I definitely will come back in the future! Had to call for housekeeping on day 2 as they had not been which interrupted a rest period. Went down to ask for room service, took me to restaurant handed menu and walked away. The waiter was very helpful and got it down. TV remote didn’t work, casting didn’t work even after It and mechanics came twice to fix which interrupted a meeting. Although staff in both hotel and restaurant were nice and the hotel itself was nice we just didn’t have a good stay.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff but they can use some more training specially the concierge you expect some better recommendations from a 5 star hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle.
