Shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and the staff was nice. Beds were comfortable and the hotel wasn't worn down like some of the neighboring hotels.

Great property but huge. Staff can get flustered if busy. If you are not in the main ‘tower’ you are out on a limb. Overall a good hotel and walkable from the airport.

Has now become our go to place to stay while transiting through SeaTac. relatively safe area, quiet, decent dining options, shuttle service is excellent drivers are very professional and courteous, and maintain their schedule, and conveniently located to the airport. Front desk and customer service for the most part are exceptionally professional.

Jackie was very pleasant at check in. Property is close to airport and has a bar that is open late. Hot water was lacking in room 717. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with a great view.

Got in around 11 pm you have a restaurant open until 1 am nope not the case closed at 11:30 pm so no eating dinner for us that night had to be up and back at the airport early in the morning then return to our room to find that you can’t turn the heat down it was 78 degrees in that room come on had to have maintenance come turn on the air conditioning for us so now it’s 1 am and I’m tired and hungry and only get to sleep 4 hours if I’m lucky I will definitely not stay there again

Could be returned to near glory, ala Cedar Brook Lodge, but it IS suffering financial neglect…owners don’t want to cannibalize the nearby Hilton’s cash flow? Sad, but cellular service is negligible on the property…wandered about including parking lot like the proverbial Lost Tribe LOOKING for cellular wi-fi. - found None. Got a great turkey BLAT sandwich @ 10:30pm = a life saver after no food on the 5 hour flight….kudos to the lonely lady chef in the kitchen. Come on, Hilton..invest in the Double Tree…most of the neighboring hotels would be great for refugees, or those waiting for deportment!! (Seriously!!!)

The parking situation is an absolute pain. Get rid of the parking system and just institute a flat fee or increase room price. It’s an inconvenience having to go through multiple gates every time you come and go.

Got stuck at Seattle airport. Was on orders to Korea. Next flight was in two days. Was looking for a place close by with transportation to/from airport. The his hotel was more than accommodating. Clean. Quiet. Spacious. Convenient. Shuttle tan often 24/7. Great since I was going back and forth, bags got lost so was checking baggage claim often. Shuttle very helpful for arriving at midnight to the airport. Stay was better than expected. Would definitely recommend.
