This hotel is special to us because of the memorable church conference we attended once from the Finding. Feels luxurious and fun with kids! Comfy big bed and fun elevators to watch! Great location. We wished we didn’t switch rooms tho, initially the view was better up top but no tub… The tub ended up being small. I would still come back, not a deal breaker. The hot tub is amazing! Thank you!

The rooms were large and had a fold out couch for those traveling with families. The beds were comfortable. We paid for breakfast through our Expedia reservation and it was a very good deal (compared with paying for breakfast on site). The breakfast was excellent and had so many choices. The check in and restaurant staff were excellent. The Bellevue Botanical Gardens are just 1 mile away and are a nice (and free!) respite from the city. The pool/spa looked very nice, but we didn't have time to use it.

I honestly don’t know where to start. When thinking of a Hilton Hotel you think 5 Star amazing amenities, great food, everything luxurious. This hotel was the exact opposite. The room the bathroom door knob wasn’t working and our son got locked inside for 20 min. Their was balled up hair on the bathroom floor a bug similar to a cockroach crawling out from underneath the bathroom vanity

Charging for a bottle of water with the price of the room is insane. Staff was very nice. Room was clean but smelled like propane when walking in on day 2. Would have been nice to have a gift shop also. Especially not being walking distance for necessities.

I thought the hotel was very nice and put together inside however the outside view wasn’t what they made it out to be as well as the front desk not refunding me a 100 dollar fee they said would be returned at the end of our stay waste of money not only do they make me do that unnecessary. hold but parking as well took another 80 dollars from me i will not be returning here.

The hotel was clean and nice, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the staff, they were prompt and helpful with any needs we had. The restaurant downstairs is really nice and made dining convenient while we were there.
