This place was a dump. AC didn’t work, we asked multiple times for it to be fixed and they never. The elevator was a size of a matchbox. The place is dark and dingy! Never recommend this place to my worse enemies!

Happy hour sounded like fun. Missed it. The shower was barely enough room to stand let alone turn around in. The moment we got there it smelled of urine. Not the best of night. We got back from the show and packed up and left.

Queen room was way too small . Walls were so thin heard the guy in the room next to me snoring all night like he was in my room. Bathroom was tiny, I’ve never seen a shower so small I couldn’t even turn around in it.

I had stayed in Palihotel and decided to switch over to Hotel Max because they had a spacious studio- apartment style room and my hotels app listed perks such as late 2pm checkout, free parking space, and listed robust mini bar selections which I expected to be in my room similarly to Palihotel which comes stocked. It seemed stylish and a record player never hurts. When I got up to my room on 8th floor, I was disappointed. The facelift they gave it didnt disguise the cheap hotel it used to be at all. It was same motel quality bed, same sunken in motel pullout sofa that I sank too far into to sit comfortably and watch TV. The only thing theyve done is hang art on the wall, install steel bowl sinks, toss a record player on nightstand, and hang a robe in the closet that says "take me home for 150$." It had an empty mini fridge that was not plugged in. 2pm checkout was an extra 80$ add on. Less relevant but one of the elevators was broken so it took a few attempts already full with people to get down or back up. The record player was cool. The experience is not one Ill be repeating, they dont even have bar. The palihotel literally had bunkbeds BUT it was still a way better option due to FULLY stocked rooms, restaurant bar downstairs, and walkability to the market. I'm okay without a record player and pull out couch you wouldn't buy from a yard sale

Didn't quite match the pics. At first I wanted to be salty about it... But that being said, close to everything I wanted to see. They also let you check out beach cruisers so that was an unexpected perk. Plus they held my luggage and offer free beer during their happy hour.

Loved this Seattle 90s Rock themed Hotel!! The staff were super helpful and willing to go out of their way to make our stay better than we could imagine! Check in was fast and easy, lobby was clean and had every bit of 90s alternative rock and iconic memorabilia that you could imagine. Loved walking the halls and checking out which rock star was on every door. You can tell they really took the time to make your stay memorable! The location is perfect for downtown events, shopping, and conveniently located near coffee and breakfast places! We loved our stay, just hoping for a better view from our room next time we visit Seattle and stay at Hotel Max!!

One small elevator. Window air conditioner ran all night. Tv was recessed behind a wall. Called them several weeks ago to ask if one of our 3 rooms could be ready early because we were coming off a cruise, no note talked apparently on that request.

My flight was delayed, so I got in about 2 hours later. While our plane was wanting on the Tarmac, I received a text from the GM inviting me to the Happy hour, from 5 to 6 pm. It takes place in the Hotels main entrance lobby & they offered a free beer (or 2) form a local brewery.
