This hotel opened in May, 2025 and stayed in June. It’s a brand new hotel. The hotel staff including front desk and housekeeping need more training to respond to customer’s requests.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed super soft and comfortable. However, our room was facing a nearby construction that started drilling on Saturday from 8am. Overall very clean and extremely comfortable.

Our room was hot (air conditioning sometime worked, sometimes didn’t) and our TV didn’t work. We were not instructed on where to park our car, so had to park up a hill in a public parking garage, not knowing there was a garage below the hotel that we could use. There was no valet to be found when we pulled up, so had to make a decision on where to park. We were treated terribly by the restaurant hostess in the hotel. Overall, not a great experience. Sort of frustrating honestly.

This was our third time staying at this particular hotel in the last 10 years so we have a history to compare it to. It will be the last time we stay here. For the room price and the options that you have to DEPEND on the hotel staff to provide for you in a timely manner, it wasn't worth it. Nice property to look at though

It’s a beautiful property, really loved the aesthetic of the whole hotel. But the blinds were not opening all the way to see the view properly. They were getting stuck in the middle, and we let the staff know about it had the maintenance person came the day we were checking out. Also it’s confusing cause if you park in the parking garage underneath the hotel, the elevators were not working to go down to the parking garage last Saturday night. The elevators that are right outside the hotel. At the time, didn’t know that the elevators in the hotel goes down to the parking garage. Which we figured it out the next day. But after walking in the middle of the night trying to get to the car in the garage. The shower door was not closing all the way, which made the bathroom have water all over the floor. Hopefully they will fix these things and the blinds mainly because the cabinet is in the way. But overall, beautiful hotel and loved the atmosphere. And the staff who checked us in and the one who checked us out. Super professional and very helpful.

Brand new and beautiful property with extremely friendly staff! The only downfall was the location being slightly far from the main attractions of Seattle if you’re a first time visitor, but still in a great area regardless with a Whole Foods right next door and a beautiful park across the street. Will definitely return upon our next visit

I’ll start off by saying that this property is new so I am giving them some slack. But I definitely think that they should have not open yet because I did not receive the service and amenities that I’m used to staying out of one hotel. I would definitely wait a few months before you stay there again. We bought our dog and they gave us plastic bowls There was no do not disturb rock in our room. A week later we’re still waiting on the ice that we ordered three times. I would like to state the property is beautiful, but the staff definitely needs more training. There was miscommunication. We asked about upgrading our room at check-in. The lady did not get to me until six hours later and by that time, the room that we wanted was unavailable. La Loba restaurant on property is perfect. From the staff to the food, everything was perfect. We learned that the chef brought his staff down from his restaurants in Vegas to train the Seattle staff and you could definitely see the difference. I think the staff overall needs training because anything that we needed we never received and I truly feel like I wasted my money staying there. I should’ve definitely just stayed at the four seasons Seattle instead where I know the service is immaculate and completely worth the price tag. At check out I gave one of the staff members all of my feedback. As I was giving it to her, she didn’t write anything down or take any notes and honestly didn’t even say sorry for all of the inconveniences.
Beautiful property out there were boxes around and the property just looked unfinished.
