Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and good sized. Location to downtown attractions was great. Had breakfast delivered to the room twice and the first time it was fantastic but the second time wasn’t good at all. I am sure it was different staff or cook. All in all a wonderful stay.

The hotel was beautiful. The room views were spectacular. The only downside were the pillows were not supportive enough. Made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Didn’t try the food but the stay and neighborhood couldn’t be beat. We had excellent service on the phones in regards to setting up our stay( big shout out to Joe at the front desk and Haily working corporate phone center) they really set myself up for a wonderful birthday treat for my wife. I couldn’t thank them enough. The front desk staff and the valet team were excellent as well. Everyone was charming and sincere with every one of our interactions. It was a true treat and a great memory. We will be back again
Our cat is paraplegic and has to travel with us. The Thompson made this easy and “beals” got to watch the birds and us when we rode on the Ferris wheel :)
