I would say the room was on the older side very basic amenities. The gym was pretty nonexistent. You could tell the property was old. They did do upgrades to the floor, so there is no carpet in their room, but the cleanliness was not on par. Unfortunately, however the bed itself was decently comfortable. The front desk lady was very kind, but don't show up too early because chances of an early check-in is not gonna happen. as to the location of where this actual hotel is, I was on a staycation and I can speak for the safety of the area is it is a lot of foot traffic. You can tell there was different groups of ages in and out a lot of activity on the second floor with the slamming of the doors pets randomly here and there my overall state was graded on lack of cleanliness, but the staff was very kind in the location is not great

Smelled like pot immediately as we entered the hotel. People yelling out front and looked like a bunch of low lifers hanging around with dogs. Noticed a gross odor right as we walked into our room. Opening the window to air it out did not help. It’s an extended stay hotel so I’m sure someone lived in the room for some time. Did not smell clean and we just did not like the feeling of staying here so we left. desk lady was super nice tho.

The old addage is true. You get what you pay for. For less than $100 a night this close to SeaTac, it was am acceptable stay. There was a weird smell to the room, and some kind of stain on the bedsheets. While services like laundry were nice, there was a pool of water on the floor.. The people in the room across from me had 2 vedy loud and noisy dogs and there was a dirty overflowing trashcan in the hall.

When checking in there was a guy getting off of the elevator and he had blood on his clothes, after checking in and going to our room, there was a very strong smell of weed in the hallway. Our room was fairly clean but there were no pillows in the bed and there wasn't a phone to call the front desk so we had to go down for pillows.

Checked in and was greeted by a squashed cockroach by the elevators. Asked for a refund, but my refund was declined, although I mentioned the cockroaches and the dirty room. The hotel mentions being pet-friendly, but they had a small patch of dried grass that was more dirt than anything. I don't know what it had more of, cigarette buds or unpicked-up dog feces. Even my dogs refused to go to the bathroom. The hotel had a weird overpowering smell on every floor, probably an attempt to mask the pungent smell of urine, ESPECIALLY coming from the first floor. The bathroom was worse than a filthy hair salon. It was full of hair all over the floors, toilet, and counter. The hairdryer was dirty with what I hope was makeup, and a couple of bright pink hair strands were stuck on it. I know I voluntarily stayed, but it's because I'd be dammed if I let this hotel rob me anymore. Never AGAIN will I be staying in this hotel. And also, people live here. Longterm. With the cockaroaches.
