The room, was beautiful just a little small, but I guess you get what you pay for the only thing that was a little weird was the shower the way that the curtains were set up you couldn’t take a comfortable shower but other than that everything was beautiful everyone so friendly from front desk to room service. The only issue was just a bartender we had to keep flagging her down to get her to take our order even though she wasn’t busy when we got there we were going to order dessert, but decided against it because she couldn’t be bothered to ask us if we needed anything else

Honestly, it's like walking from a current timeline straight in to the past! Once you walk through the doors and start looking around, they have kept the aesthetics AND much of the actual decor and such...giving a historic feel. It's beautiful and inviting and the staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. Obviously, there may be a few things off and on, noticeable things needing some attention in the rooms...we had a fabulous time and beds were comfy. I will stay here again!

Location is great. Loved the Lobby, restaurant, and music on patio. Elevator is classic but only available through front desk help…so lots of stair climbing. Dated room, needs some new curtains, carpet, etc….

It was very nice. No fridge or microwave, like in most hotels. But Everyone was very nice, smiled and welcomed us. Our room was good, right above the court yard. Great view.

What an historic property, staff was excellent. Take backs were no mini fridge , no microwave rooms were small but comfortable. The Peacock restaurant was way more fancier for my liking, but a quick walk down the block you can find a restaurant to better suit. Great location if your looking to do Whiskey Row.

Nice choice in the historic district

Stayed here two nights while looking at local Properties. Had been at a number of different hotels in the historic district - all good - but thought I’d try the Hassayanpa this time. Really a quite fun place. Room was small, but then this is a historic building, not a Marriott. Bed was comfortable and overall condition was good with sort of an old west vibe. Lobby was a great place to chill and there was live entertainment most (every?) night on the patio outside we’re there was also food and drink service. The elevator is a hoot as it is old-school - manned by an employee. Not sure how they meet ADA as there are a half dozen steps from the lobby to the elevator landing (maybe access on the ground floor?).

We loved the restaurant. Excellent service, excellent menu, and excellent food. Our Queen Bed room was tiny. We were getting into each other's way. The water pressure in our shower was just one step above a trickle. And the AC worked well, but was very loud when it blew air.
