This was our second time to stay at Lux Verde. Everyone was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A special shout out to the sweet Navajo lady who works the breakfast bar part of the week. I have forgotten her name, but as we checked out Tuesday morning, she walked us to our car and gave each of us a hug as we left❤ We'll stay there again the next time we come to Cottonwood!

Hotel needs some TLC

The staff is always amazing, but the hotel itself is starting to show its age and the rooms are rundown. 2nd story room floor is creaky and uneven, sheets and bedspread are dingy, tattered edges and stained. They are clean just show signs of wear and tear. Repairs to corners in the room not repainted. Will pay a few dollars more to stay at the newer hotels in town.

From the front desk with Edward to the room staff and the breakfast staff, all were pleasant, smiling and friendly. Clean room, nice bedding, well kept pool with a lounge area. And as a bonus, a full service authentic Italian restaurant and bar on site with affordable prices and tasty and generous portions. Attentive and friendly wait staff. Close to downtown. Definitely recommend staying here.

We always stay at the lux when we come up to visit family. The only problem this time was the pool area. Say NO SMOKING, and if course people were smoking in the jacuzzi. I took the kids and left. 😞

The bed linens appeared to have been used, it was later in the evening so we did not contact the front desk. It also should be noted that the noise from thee room above us,we were on the first floor was not only embarrassing but went on for most of the night.
