My friend asked for a new box of facial tissue, was told he could have toilet paper and blow his nose in the lobby. I had to back and demand facial tissue even if they had to take it from an unoccupied room before she would go to the storage room and get us a box.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as expected except the air handling system, it was a bit loud while running and would run erratically. Sometimes it would start and run for 30 seconds and then shut down - without actually putting out any heat other times it would run much longer than I would expect because the temperature really came up a lot. Morning breakfast was good, a nice variety of protein and drinks. Staff is friendly and helpful, it was a good stay.

Our stay was great! Friendly staff (provided restaurant recommendations), clean room(beds are mediocre & shower was a walk in tub so water got every where if curtain not closed completely), good breakfast options (bagels, waffle maker, yogurts, cereal, eggs, sausage) & affordable pet fees!
