The bed was fantastic! The room itself was alright. The rate which we paid I feel was higher than it should be. Doors to rooms needed painting. Overall the hallway portions of the hotel feel quite industrial. Staff however was all quite good! Minor details. Overall good nights sleep and was quiet. The food in the lounge was not great. I would rate the food average at best. Had a hot turkey sandwich (the bread and overall meal was dry). The mandarin chicken salad was ok. It was just miscellaneous pieces of chicken heated and topped on the salad. And not much chicken!! The berry cheesecake was ok. The cheesecake portion of it was not smooth and quite lumpy. We did not stay in the morning and have breakfast since the dinner was not great.

We found this property quiet, comfortable and a great alternative to the Kananaskis Lodge for your Nordic Spa day. Nothing fancy but perfect for our needs.

I had a problem with the room overall a beautiful room, clean well appointed, but when turned back the covers there was dried blood on the sheets, so have to think maybe sheets weren't changed
