A lovely property. Renovated recently and you can tell they care about service and details. Loved the boat “taxi” ride to the docks for shopping and dining.

First of all, Michael at the front desk was excellent. Polite, professional and very informative. All staff interactions were very pleasant. My love, Dave Gleason and I have come here this week for the last 4 years to celebrate our anniversary and it never ever disappoints. This was the first year we had a walk-out courtyard room and it was amazing. The door is a little difficult to slide but it's an old hotel after all. The location is perfection. We look forward to returning year after year.

Great stay, comfortable and clean!

My room had a broken microwave. I called them. They bought me a new microwave within 20 minutes.

They text you before you arrive which is really helpful because you get to ask for anything specific that you want for the room or update your reservation so I was able to ask for extra pillows and when I checked in it was beautifully set up with lots of soft additional pillows! I was so grateful and how thoughtful and just attentive the hotel seem t
