Room was filthy, no air, carpet smelled and when I asked for a blanket I was told I would not need one cause the air was low density. The clerk controlled the air and I was burning up the whole night. Drove in 20 hrs to this mess. I requested refund for the next night cause I checked out it still wasn’t received. DO NOT STAY HERE

The deodorizer used on the rugs or in the AC was overpowering. It was such a strong odor you could not breath without tasting it. The room decor was outdated. They need to replace the rugs with flooring. There was no loch on the side door so amyone can gain entrance.

The room was dirty. The drapes were torn. Needs a paint job. The worst part was the air conditioner didn’t work. I was told there wasn’t any other rooms available. It was a very uncomfortable high temp. I did not get a good sleep. The next day I was transferred to another room. The AC worked until 7:30 am. It was hot air coming in through the vent.

Room was filthy and smelled like urine, carpet was stained and damp, no AC. Pictures depict updated rooms with individual AC units, but it was an old outdated system that was actually blowing hot air. Multiple guests were complaining about it, and various other issues like the shower head falling off, outlets not working... We left and went to a hotel down the street for 1/2 the price that was clean and had proper AC.

No one was at the desk at check in. Myself and other guests had to wait for a while before the desk clerk came back. And he did not apologize for the wait . Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Room smelled musty.

We stayed four nights on our vacation. I am a Wyndham Member. Cons-Lobby smelled like weed when we came in to register. A lot of undesirables hanging around both the front and back as we came and went. Wife was a little afraid of that. No clean towels or wash clothes in our room everyday. We did not see the little sign that said we had to notify the front desk for those items by 9 am everyday if we wanted fresh one. On the evening of the first day my wife called down to get fresh ones. The desk told her no as we did not notify them by 9 am that day. She was furious! I did go down t and complained and they gave me two fresh towels. No Breakfast. No Swimming pool. Shower floor very slippery even with hand bars. You gave us one measly little bar of soap for five days.Hallways smelled musky. Would not give me any Wyndham points as I booked through a third party, and, would not give me a receipt upon check out for the same reason. Pros-Beautiful lobby. Rooms were clean.

The hotel needs to be updated. The room had a musty smell. I removed the white comforter because I noticed blood stains and other yellow spots on it.

The lobby and the hallways smelt of smoke and pot. The rugs were filthy and stained. The room was not better, dingy dark, carpet and the furniture was stained and dated. The sheets were clean but that was about it. I spent $100 and I got what I paid for! I highly recommend not staying here.
