We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage on Lake Erie, which was nothing short of spectacular. The cottage itself was cozy and well-appointed, offering all the comforts of home. What truly set this place apart was its stunning waterfront location—morning views of the lake were breathtaking and evenings by the water were tranquil and picturesque. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, from the peaceful surroundings to the thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. This place deserves more than five stars! This was our first time here but not our last, it was great. Wonderful little cottage that has all we needed and more. From the hot tub to the arcade system, and all the extra stock you can imagine. So close to the beach within such a peaceful setting. Our kids loved the little swing and egg chair, perfect with a good book or just swinging to relax. Such a well kept and clean place, high end appliances, right down to the knives and blender! Not sure when we will return but we did not want to leave.

Stayed at lake house for 3 nights and not long enough. Views of lake beautiful. Hot tub welcoming clean and well kept as was the property. Perfect touches in the house add to the cozy atmosphere, loved the organization. When booking know you will be impressed!

We loved our stay at this lake front cottage! The cottage was clean upon arrival and our hosts graciously left a bottle of wine and solar glasses to observe the eclipse during our stay (our reason for visiting Selkirk and this turned out to be the perfect location just for this). The cottage had all the amenities we required, check-in was a breeze and we loved the area. Going for a walk in either direction provided amazing views of the lake, and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The real treat were the amazingly colorful sunrises each morning that left us in awe. Some of the most beautiful sunrises we've seen, which you could watch out on the back patio or from the comfort of the kitchen table or family room sofa. Our family really enjoyed our stay and spent lots of time bonding and talking while taking in all the beautiful scenery. Port Dover (~20 mins away) was a cool town to visit for some shopping and eating while enjoying a beach vibe. The cottage does have WiFi but it is not the fastest and would sometimes struggle if someone was streaming Netflix while another person was on their computer. I did have to do some work during our stay and was able to successfully use my iPhone as a hotspot for meetings. I found the signal to be strongest by the kitchen door/window facing the shed. If I tried using it in the family room or kitchen, the connection was much more spotty and slower. If you're looking for a quiet, chill weekend, you won't be disappointed!

Rented this property for the night to attend a local event. Liked the place so much, we skipped the event and just stayed in! Furniture and beds were comfortable, even though we just pulled an all nighter so we hot tub as much as possible lol. The Hot tub was wonderful and in good working order! Property was clean, very nicely decorated, and provided tons of amenities. I packed more than I needed for sure as there was tons provided! Properly management was very responsive and provided tons of information regarding things to know. Would definitely recommend!! The plush house coats made the whole experience even better!! Thanks for everything!!
