Carpet in the room was wet from a water leak domewhere in the wall. Long wait times for the elevators. Hotel is showing its age. Expensive for what you get. Would go elsewhere for my next trip

The hotel was nice, but quite outdated (with pealing wallpaper, ground-in stains in bathroom, no USB ports anywhere). Also, it was unusual there was no microwave or coffee maker in the rooms, only a coffee/tea station in the main foyer. In addition, parking for guests should not be as costly, i.e. $50/day; it should either be included in the accommodations or a flat rate (e.g. $50) for the duration of the entire stay.

Clean room, friendly staff

The staff were very accomidating and very friendly when checking in and out. The room was fantastic and clean. Really enjoyed out stay.

The hotel was very CLEAN and it was so easy to get towels at the front desk. My family and I had a great time. Internet was a little slow in the evening but it could be it was March break and lots of people were using the internet as well.

I love the location of the hotel. I can see the fall from my window. The view of the street and the fall is excellent. The buffet breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly. I want to say Thank you to Edna, the chef at the omelette station. She is friendly, full of smiles and very enthusiastic. It is wonderful to see a very happy face in the morning. Thank you Edna.
