Great location, very nice hotel! Will stay again.

Clean room great view of the falls got a free upgrade which is always nice staff super friendly the only thing I have a problem with is the convenience store inside the hotel they are charging 6$ for 1 can of pop which is CRAZY what a gouge

Cigarette smell and smoke odor in our room that they did not solve during our stay

We were satisfied with our booking. It would have been helpful to know there was a $50.00!!! charge/night for parking.

only suggestion is some biscuits or something in the pantry to go with tea or coffee - thank you for a great stay - also toilet was having trouble flushing - staff very attentive and kind

I reserved a 1 room: King bed, view of the falls in January of 2026, after I found out that the Black Keys would be performing at the OLG concert hall. I not only booked it because I was traveling from 5 hours away, but because of the proximity to the venue because I have an illness that affects my lungs and prevents me from walking long distances. I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 in good spirits and excited to check-in quickly change out of my work attire and then then head to the show that was starting at 8pm. When I got to the front counter, I was immediately encountered with hostile attitude and unprofessionalism from the front desk and then the manager on duty. Who proceeded to wave her name tag in my face when I asked for her information. When I tried to check in, the front desk attendant tried to gaslight me, asking me if I was sure I had a reservation because she could not find me, I opened my app showed her my booking info and confirmation#. She then tells me "they gave my room away to an indigenous person and that it is a government law". I asked to speak to the manager who came out and basically told me I had no room, he proceeded to tell me They tried to call me the day before, but my voicemail was full, and that they could move me to the Wyatt, but my room was gone.
