I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. This hotel was nothing like the photos online. The images were clearly outdated or misleading. In reality, the facilities were extremely run down. There were holes in the walls, water stains on the ceilings, and an overall sense of neglect throughout the property. Cleanliness was also a major issue — the room felt dirty and uncomfortable, making it hard to relax or feel at ease during my stay. It's clear that the hotel is in need of serious maintenance and better housekeeping standards. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. Very disappointing and not worth the price.

Bad area, the lobby looks nice but needs a major tuneup. Horrible breakfast, no fruits, foam plates, just terrible taste. Room is below average, can everything outside the room, bathroom is ok but still small. Would not recommend

Nous avions louĂ© une chambre deluxe. Nous avons eu droit Ă  une chambre mal entretenue, le mobilier brisĂ©, nous avons dit Ă  l’employĂ© que la chambre ne convenait pas, il ne nous a mĂȘme pas proposer de changer de chambre. Finalement nous avons quittĂ© l’endroit sans mĂȘme y dormir

The room was dirty, phone did not work, there was bedbugs I had to shake covers and we got bites, room had old curtains was off the hooks I had to fix it myself. Conclusion for the amount of money I paid I would have been better off at a shelter. I stayed in many hotels on my trip never encountered something like this. I was not given the WIFI password I had to call the front desk using my cell to get it because phone not working. Disgusting place.

It was very hot in the commun eras. The A/C in the room had trouble to lower the temperature. There was a weird smell in the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. The breakfast was okay.
