AWFUL experience

Even though an email said 2 days prior we were all set with a reservation, when we arrived at the hotel they did NOT have our reservation, said they had NOT been contacted by hotels.com. We had to scramble to get a room on our own. There was no obvious hotels.com help phone number. We were put on hold numerous times and then after 90 minutes hotels.com found the same room we had found for $100 more and force us to take it and refuse to give refund for all our money, as we had requested Just awful experience.

If you are looking for a restful and rejuvenating stay, this may not be the best time to go. Construction begins at 6am and ends at 5pm daily.

Everything is well thought out and planned There are people to anticipate and assist with needs in a very friendly and pleasant manner. The complimentary valet service was a pleasant surprise. The spa with steam room and heated pool was marvelous.

Rooms do not have refrigerator or any type of bottle waters! None smoking rooms smell like smoking rooms! Hotel front desk is about 1/4 mile from the elevator to your room! Hallways smell like marjuana and wet carpet! Good thing is the Valet parking is free and efficient! But rooms are small it every thing else is extra $5 a day for refrigerator in the rooms, if you use the phones to call the front desk there is a fee at checkout for all phone calls from room phone! Apparently the rooms with all good amenities are only on the 4th floor but we were never offered that until checkout! And casino slots are not loose at all, we got crushed and were not once approached by a drink lady! Tavern Restaurant was out of everything and shops don’t open until 10am!

My daughter and I went to celebrate our birthday (same day). Everyone from the housekeeping staff in the casino and in the hotel, to the casino staff, check in, customer service and most of the restaurants that we visited were absolutely amazing. All of them made us feel special and made us want to return. I am bragging daily about your wonderful facility.
